A long distance sale stayed worry-free using Urban Hillsides again. How? Good communication and a well-executed, sound plan. Erica and Chris purchased the property fully occupied as an investment through UH years ago. A recent move to the east coast and a tenant moving out gave them the opportunity to sell for investment nearer to them. Our team came in and suggested some strategic improvements.
